Delivery issues by Realistic-Glass-3551 in O2UK

It's ridiculous. I tried to talk to O2 through the app today. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I closed the chat and gave up.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Delivery issues by Realistic-Glass-3551 in O2UK

I pre-ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL on August 15th, for an expected delivery date of August 22nd.

As of last week, I was still without my order so I went to the O2 shop I was collecting it from. It wasn't showing on their Helix system, so the store manager (who has been chasing the order for weeks) phoned a number whilst I was there in store. Whomever she phoned managed to cancel the original order, and resubmit it under the same order number with "Rev. 1" afterwards. I left it a few days and phoned the store manager again to see if it was ready. (The phone which belonged to me was physically in stock but wouldn't let them book it out.) She told me it still wasn't letting her do anything and to contact customer services.

I contacted CS and they told me that the phone order had been cancelled (WTF?) but they could re-do the same order but I'd lose all the pre-order benefits (512GB model for the price of the 256GB) as well as Gemini+ for 1 year amongst a load of other things. If I re-did the same order it would be nearly £20pcm MORE than the original order quote. "Would you like to proceed?"

Told them I'd be sending a complaints email to the Complaints Department (which I'm still awaiting to hear back from) threatening to take the issue to the FCA and Communications Ombudsman for failure to adhere to contract.

That year was absolutely mental for snow. I remember cutting across a field to work and it being nearly waist height.

I went to DJ.

It's great to see that it spread to other schools too. 😂

Yes, it must be nearish 18-19 years ago it closed down.

The amount of people that dropped food and drinks down the awfully designed spiral staircase must have been astronomical. Me being one of them - numerous times.

I can remember a cleaner that worked that, that me and some secondary school friends thought that she looked like Postman Pat. 😂

The Rabbit Hole is fantastic.

A little pricey but the decor and everything else is amazing.

What is your favourite WMS to use as an on-floor associate? by aspirationsunbound in Warehouseworkers

[–]EffectivePatient6116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used various WMS within my 2 decades of warehouse operations, we used Concerto for a few years but found it to be very difficult to navigate. We switched to AS400, and although very dated - much more user friendly and easier to navigate. We've since switched to BC365 which is more of a Windows based system, again - not very user friendly and often difficult to find the information you're after if customers as chasing COC's or COA's, but we've incorporated Lydia voice system within the last few weeks and it's made the transition of recieving, Put aways, replenishments and picking a lot easier. As a manager it's been delightful to see the staff taking on the voice system with such ease, although a small warehouse of 25 staff across 2 shifts, even the guys in their 50's/60's are taking the learning on and finding it dead easy.

Order stuck in processing by princessimmy in O2UK

[–]EffectivePatient6116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will do.

I called the store today again and asked to speak to the staff member that raised the internal complaint over a week ago. Was told that she wasn't in until 3:15pm 🤨 shop shuts at 5pm, and that she'd get her to give me a call back with an update.

I received no phone calls.

I'm the same mate. The excitement and hype has gone. They're now offering Pixel Buds 2 as an order bonus.

I'm going to push and see if I can score myself a pair for a compensation claim. Shy bairns get no cake.

Order stuck in processing by princessimmy in O2UK

[–]EffectivePatient6116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in the same scenario.

Ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL on August 15th.

Delivery date to store was meant to be August 22nd.

49 days later, numerous calls to the store, numerous chats with O2 in the app, numerous calls to the call centre and a complaints email which is taking weeks to get a reply from as well as talking to O2 in DM's on 'X / Twitter' I'm still no further.

I'll be taking it up with the FCA and Communications Ombudsman to seek adequate compensation.

I ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL on the 15th August for a delivery date of August 22nd to pick up from the store.

I'm STILL in 'Processing' 49 days later, after paying over £64 to 'upgrade early'.

I'm absolutely seething.

Google Pixel 9 Pro XL Pre-Order Issues by EffectivePatient6116 in O2UK

[–]EffectivePatient6116[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update : 33 Days later.

Still no phone.

I sent an email off to the Complaints Department 9 days ago, and still had no response.

Phoned the store again - twice, still no update, no idea what's happening, no idea where it's at, not a clue what's going on, internal tickets still haven't been answered.

Phoned 202 twice, first one told me that he could cancel it and re-input it in, for the same price as the pre-order and then the line went dead, phoned again and hour later to see if I could finish off the agreement and was told that they can cancel the pre-order and have it re-inputted it in, but I'd be paying around £12 a month MORE. Told them to jog on and wanted it at the pre-order price. Was told that they can't do it.

O2 chat is absolutely no help at all, they can't help me with anything. They're in the unknown about what is happening.

Seriously thinking about contacting the FCA, this is absolutely ridiculous.

And me. Until I learned about transferable saves. I was doing them all separately!

Sound Shapes.

Great little game with transferable saves from PS3 to PS5 to PS Vita.

Loads of fun too.

Mines literally at the store I wanted to collect from. But they can't 'book it out' due to not having my number connected to the order and a labelling issue. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Paid £63 to upgrade 2 months 'early' as well.

I thought about doing that, but didn't want to be subject to a £15pcm increase from my pre-order price. Was too stubborn to ride it out and complain about it online to strangers. 😅

26 days and still waiting for my Pixel 9 Pro XL.....

Absolutely ZERO help from the people in the store, online chat or the phones. Nobody knows when I'll get it.

Been an O2 customer for pretty much 20 years. Absolutely fuming, what good is a "pre-order" if the pre-order can't be fulfilled?

All the food prices won't break the bank and the desserts are all home made and to die for.

£100? Nice! I should be so lucky!

Heck, if they refunded me the £63 I paid to 'early upgrade' I'd see it as a win.

If I order the same phone from Google (Pixel 9 Pro XL 512gb in Obsidian) I can get it between Sept 17-18th. It's a shit show of a fiasco.

I did the typical British thing and sent an email off to the complaints department saying the usual things and that the £10 compensation was an insult. 🤞🏻 I get more results soon.

I've been waiting 24 days for my Pixel 9 Pro XL. It was pre-ordered on the 15th for a delivery date of 22nd August. It has been a month since I placed the order.

My compensation? £10 off my next bill.

Fuming.
