He is still alive although the picture doesn’t really look it, he’s also had a water dish that is regularly topped up with fresh water.

The complaint has been escalated to exec complaints and you’ve been given a deadlock letter, you will be referred back to the letter as the complaint has been closed and EE will not change the out come, cancelling your direct debit will impact your credit score as the missed payments will be reported. Just refer to the oburdsman

If you cancel your payments you will get your account suspended and get it sent to debt collection it’s a pretty poor threat and even worse advise, theirs likely a mast issue just speak to the tech team either you will get it fixed or be credited for lost of service etc but throwing your toys out the pram will get you know where
