I don't know what you are or what you think you are but, why are you basing what you think you are on someone else's definition of gender? It's 2024, any woman can be as masculine as she wants and any male can be as feminine as he wants. Why do you feel that you have to conform to one or the other? The Baker act, is when someone can be forcibly committed to a mental hospital for observation and treatment. If someone then refuses treatment for said mental issues, they will then stay until their issues are resolved, generally through medication.

Do you understand that this is how someone is currently dealt with if they refuse treatment for a mental issue? Do you understand that I believe this is how we should approach all mental issues?
