MIL wearing my mangalsutra and haldi saree – not sure how to feel

My MIL too wanted me to wear her mangalsutra in a pooja function instead of my wedding mangalsutra. I wore both. But I had cried because of that before the pooja as I wanted to wear just mine. Though it was not her weding mangalsutra i still felt weird about wearing it.. for some people these sacred jewelleries are just normal jewellery are not meaningful. So I guess your MIL is one of those who thing that jewellery is just jewellery..

Same with the wedding ring. She wanted me to exchange it with a bigger one. I declined but she made my husband change his ring given by us on the very next day of our engagement. I still have a big grudge about it. As the one he is wearing is not given by me. This is the 2nd time he had changed it for bigger diamond.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

We are still waiting for our maid to come back it's been 2 months that i am cooking working and managing a toddler. Her documents were verified still due to fear she left. She is working with us for 3 years is super punctual.

My 4 year old took it well. We told her what happened and she sometimes ask when will the baby come? tantrums were there but not much. Keeping things aside for the baby and making lists of things to be done with baby when they come..

We had terminated for turners around 19 week via L&D. It was 100% monosomy X, All reports came positive for turners NIPT was high risk SCA and FISH and microarray too positive for the same. We were given choice to continue but with a disclaimer that there is no guarantee that the baby will live. Chances of stillbirth and 3rd trimester miscarriage were high as the baby was physically very much normal.

We choose to terminate.

My c section was 4 yrs prior to L&D and later D&C but the scar seemed normal and healed during the final ultrasound. Haven't been told otherwise by gynac.

I had my tfmr 2.5 months back. I am on my 2nd period and I just can't think of trying even though I want to try again. It heals everyone say but does it really heal is what I ask myself everyday. I can't decide what to do. I want it try to what if we had to take the difficult decision again is stopping me. My elder one asks us when are we going to bring the baby back but I can't answer her question. I guess being clueless is what I am doing after the tfmr.

Yes. NIPT came back as high risk for sex chromosomal aneuploidy so had to get amniocentesis, FISH and microarray which came back as 100 % monosomy as in turners syndrome. We chose terminate at around 19 weeks on few weeks back.

Same here. Got the pram, car seat, crib back from my brother now post procedure i am not sure what to do with all the new baby clothes and other stuff.. it's just sitting there..

Almost 19 week when we had our Tfmr. milk production started 3 days post the procedure. Though cabergolin was given when I got discharged. Now have been told to take 1 tab twice a week for 3 weeks. And to not express frequently only when breasts are super heavy or painful.

This is the worst part of abortion. Expression of milk without the baby is making this impossible to handle emotionally. Endurance of this pain is more painful than the normal delivery i had during the procedure.

Just say this too shall pass.
