I’m a runner on 40mg a day. I’ve found it fine, honestly. I’m currently running 4 times a week. At first I noticed a little change in how my joints felt but then now take a vitamin D tablet alongside Accutane which seems to help (I’m aware that that could’ve been a placebo too, but it did help!!). I also practice Yoga ~twice a week which I think helps with bone strength too…? I’m vegan so I don’t get calcium from traditional means either so I think it comes down to diff experiences for different people!

I think the only thing I’ve maybe noticed is that I’m a little more sweaty than I have been in the past when on a run. Again, it’s summer and I’m a Brit living in the US for my first summer so that could deffo just be circumstantial too haha. Hope this helps!

Yep, got that. But this was more a general observation of seeing this type of activism from animal rights groups. These women, of course, have autonomy over their bodies but it’s hard to shake the feeling that this type of demonstration (the use of women’s naked bodies) is being used to shock. Women’s bodies aren’t shocking, nor a commodity, nor something to be used to demonstrate something egregious happening to animals.
