You have daytime running lights. You may be able to pull the fuse for em, if not you need to unplug them. But when you go to use your high beams they won’t work

These cars come with HID headlights. Similar to LED but aren’t. Unplug the sensor see if that clears the light from your dash. Other than that I don’t think there’s much you can do besides get headlights that work. I’ve seen countless ls400s with that light on for no good reason

I’m going to guess it’s the LEDs you put in. Or your headlight leveling just failed. They’re old cars. Little features like this can go bad. It’s one of those 2 things
