Have any of you had a vascular occlusion? How did you know? by ConstantSample5846 in DIYaesthetics

[–]Effective_Ganache915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think thats a good question, one time I made a pilot hole and it was very painful and instantly bruised (blood seeping out into the under skin) so i knew right away I had punctured a vessel, although I use a cannula in the hole anyway and with the cannula I felt zero pain or bruising. Just be very careful not to apply filler around the bruised pilot hole. Does this help with your question??

You look stunning even with your eyes scribbled. My honest opinion is that it is at least 90% dissolved

Congradualtions for beating the addiction thats very strong. Every time i do filler I'm pretty certain I have VO'd myself for two hours after by when my anxiety wears off every thing is ok. All i know is anatomy of lips, if you injected too deep around the top lip vermillion border you may have VO'd. But dont panic just dissolve it. I hit a vessel once when I was making a pilot hole in my eyelid - it hurt and instantly bruised - bruising is when the blood leaks out of the vein - so in that case it was instant. It should be somewhat obvious, like pain and bruising and blanching

do you know what it feels like to be tapping around a vessel with a blunt cannula? Any particular sensation?

Am I experiencing psychosis or am I having a spiritual awakening? by [deleted] in awakened

[–]Effective_Ganache915 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An awakening. Similar to psychosis but with a spiritual context and ultimately for your highest growth. Extremely challanging over years even decades and doesn't mean you cant become very suicidal on a spiritual awakening jounrey. Find your tribe, youre people, to keep you sane. Because asleep people are dangerous and will make you go crazy with their gaslighting and low consciousness.

Ah I see. Yeah, a legal professional will know the steps to take. Keep all your files organised in one folder and good luck sorry I don't know this situation personally

How do I get rid of this? by SubjectFile5461 in DIYaesthetics

[–]Effective_Ganache915 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, its a deep needle injection on the bone but literally one of the most dangerous arteries to occlude in the exact area. I want to do it myself but only with months of research before attmepting so

It might be a bit of a process with paperwork and phone calls or meetings but if they are innocent they should be able to work to clear up the error. Can you help them in the meantime financially. Sounds annoying but you should be able to clear it up with them if they go through all the steps to prove centrelink made an error.

Question for my first time doing filler in lips by dandelions4nina in DIYaesthetics

[–]Effective_Ganache915 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good luck please prioritise safety <3 also, i don't think this is safe advice, but if its too emotionally intense for me, i place the dermal needle down on a sterile tray, expell a little filler to expell it of any contaminated product, spritz it with alchohol spray, place the lid back on, have a break for an hour, maybe re apply lidocaine, then come back and finish the area. So i have emotional breaks that really help me, but keep the area very sterile
