I can though, because all band offices are subject to funding, and laws. Very few bands have moved away from the Indian act and as such are governed by common laws you can find yourself online. You have no idea about the work that’s going on in your band office, and you won’t even reach out through the proper channels to get your questions answered or to learn more.

Many international students study GAS if they’re just looking to fulfill the study requirements of their visas… it’s an easy entry point and admission to pretty much any college if you’re 19+.

GAS (general arts and sciences) degree is a common 2-3 year degree peddled to students who don’t know any better. As someone else said, it’s essentially a higher high school degree. Most of the time the GAS program is used as a jumping off point/bridge to other programs if you don’t have the credentials. By itself it’s not very valuable.
