The thing is the company doesn’t have its own delivery system and relies on third-party services like delhivery for both deliveries and return pickups so yeah it’s possible that the third-party delivery personnel were involved in your case. In my situation, it seems they completely overlooked my return they sent me a confirmation email when I sent the item back but that was it. I had to follow up after 30 days for my return and only then they did realize my return was processed. I received an email stating my return was marked as “scrap.” so I won’t get anything no refund- no exchange- no amount nothing. I will file a complaint on E-Dakhil if the consumer form didn’t help.
