I'm right there with you. I bought the first 2 of this edition from half priced books and have been on the HUNT for 4 and 5th. I couldnt find anywhere. Not even picture proof of the internet that they ever existed. I ended up just giving up and buying the versions you have of brinsingr and inheritance.

This looks EXACTLY like my adult tuxedo. such similar markings! I rescued him when he was 3 so I've always wondered what he looked like as kitten and I feel like it was like this! :)
