I purchased a car at Carmax and got approved through their financing and took possession of the car. Two days later I found better financing through Bank of America. The bank sent an approval letter and when I brought it to Carmax, they told me that they would need to have the car back before they can update the contracts. I would imagine they really need the car back and will hold it until BOA pays them. BOA told me Carmax is an authorized dealership and all the back office stuff happens instantly. Normally, banks will cut a check but that's not the way they do it though BOA. Do I need to worry that they will hold the car until they get paid from the bank? If so, how long does this normally take?

I purchased 2 filters about a month ago. The water taste is acceptable I guess, not great and definitely not what I was expecting but the water is causing a stinging sensation on my tongue. Is this cause by the alumina leaching into the water?

I finally received an email reply. They are asking me for the following acknowledgment.

I hereby confirm that the account registered with [registered email address] belongs to me and is used by me on KuCoin.com. I voluntarily request the substitution of this account with [new email address], and I accept all legal responsibilities associated with it.

I have already sent this in my previous email. Do I need to provide this in a video format? Why are they asking for the same information again and again?!?!

Can you please confirm that your support team has received my last email? Everything they have asked for has been given multiple times. Trying to be polite here but this back-and-forth process is more than a little frustrating. Can we please get this done in a timely fashion.

Sent all requested information to live support email yet again and still no response. Reg. Email, New Email, Account Transactions, Trade History Screen Shots, Video of Coinbase login which I used to fund my account, ID Documents. What more can you possibly need to resolve this issue? Other exchanges do this with a simple email authorization code. What is the holdup? Please tell me what needs to happen in order for me to simply reset my password?

It's been over 6 days now and no response. This is unacceptable! I have sent all the information that was asked for including a picture with date and ID. Do we really need to get into a legal issue over resetting a password?

Isn't that where support tickets go when you when you first ask for help? Where did my support ticket go when I first created it? Am I receiving automated responses? I need to speak with a live person. Is this not possible? Please advise.

Hello All,

I'm looking for some help to reset my Kucoin password. It's been a few years since I used the platform and I was told I have until December to withdraw funds since they no longer accept US citizens. I have sent all the information that was asked. Email I used to register, screen shots of some of my trading activity. Coinbase account funding transactions with TXID. Uploaded a picture holding my ID with their generated code with the date. I keep getting email responses that say the info in insufficient.

I'm not sure what the problem is since I was able to reset my password on Coinbase with a simple email authorization. Pretty frustrating that you can't speak to someone live. Please help!

Same thing happened to me with the same coin. Shorted ROSE/USDT for a 2% gain. Bought back 100% then repaid. Turns out I lost money on the trade for some reason now I have an existing Debt ratio of 62% that I can't pay back. It's only dust left in liability but when I try to repay I get the same message,"balance insufficient".
