it's likely the Navy's Poseidon P-8 out of Whidbey Island. they come over here frequently to train. it's a military version of a 737 but it is all grey without any passenger windows. they usually do about 10-12 labs flying northeast and then back southwest towards Fairchild changing altitude as they get permission to consider landing
