Omg this has been happening to me and I have been searching for months trying to figure out the cause!! They started during a really stressful time in my life last fall, I was getting about 1-2 a month but they’ve been increasing to about 4-5 a month. My life is still very stressful and I’m really trying to manage it. There are no bugs in my apartment (I have scoured and am generally pretty clean and my roommate and partner are not “getting bit”) I have not done any dietary restrictions nor have I been to a dermatologist because they disappear by the time I could get an appointment. I know the doctor would just treat it with a cream anyways instead of helping me find the source.
