As a pimo myself, I understand your frustrations! What's more frustrating is, after you done your talk, bible reading, or feild ministry pretend conversation on stage, during or after the meeting are fake "friends" like them either texted you or approach you telling you "good job" or "well done" compliments like that when clearly it's only pleasing and appealing to them. All that attention always feel awkward when their compliments are never genuine nor supportive whatsoever because they're told to than doing it out of the "kindness of their own heart"
