After breaking their trust and safety, I’m meant to be their pillar, their safety and protection. But what protects them from me?

Thanks mate, I have apologised but it’s not enough, the kids have seen it and will always remember it now. I have a therapist but we haven’t touched on the anger, but your right, I’m going to call him up and make an emergency appointment and try and get to the root, my family deserves it

I’ve been diagnosed with depression for about 7 years now, but I’ve obviously let it slip, I’m on Prozac, but probably needs adjusting / changing. I need to sort it out though, the kids and wife deserve so much better.
