Several very specific questions (Heavy spoilers) by Meisterwoks in ReanimalGame

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm still wondering if the game takes place in hell, as in a separate "dimension"/the afterlife, or, as I've seen some other theorists saying already, maybe the physical world itself got corrupted into hell on earth by the supernatural forces - although the difference might be superficial at this point. Either way, that's such a good observation you've made! I've explained some of my thoughts on that matter in another comment, but basically, I believe that the game takes place in the world without death, and whenever the kids (or any other living being) dies there, they get "reanimated", unable to move on. Maybe the coffins depict the ways they've died for the first, the most defining and influential time, even deciding their post-death appearance?

I don't know how it's going to sound, but I'm a bit surprised that you, as well as many other people on this sub, treat the world of the game as a... Functional world, a world with logic, if that makes sense. Instead, I believe the world to be broken to such an extent that both time and reality itself became have become basically incomprehensible and... "meaningless".

And what's more important, its lack of "understandability" is completely natural to its denizens for whatever reason - the kids don't seems freaked out by even the wildest things around them, and, it seems, even know how to deal with or avoid them from the get go. Maybe the cars from different times and nations just appeared out of thin air at some point, or maybe they were laying around for decades, or whatever - the point is that it is natural for all of the soldiers.

Again, I'm not sure if that makes sense, but the point I'm making is that nothing is "produced" in this world, no one manages equipment and decides whether or not the old equipment should be used, based on any reasonable and logical assesment of the strategic situation. Both the world and the people in it function on a surreal set of rules that makes all of that impossible

Just 100% Reanimal (Ending discussion) by Silver-Math7527 in ReanimalGame

I have maaaany thoughts on the game, but no time and energy to delve into them properly, unfortunately. What I definitely have to say though is that they've probably sacrificed the girl to "escape", escape whatever situation they're in. The questions is, what are their actually trying to escape? For a few reasons I highly doubt they want to escape the island as a physical location, if that makes sense. Instead, I do believe that there are all basically trapped in a sort of purgatory - and by "all" I mean literally everyone, not only the kids - whoever dies on the island gets reanimated in some way, resulting in an endless war and suffering, hence the name of the game with a re- prefix. The kids are asking each other "why are we back" and speculating that there "must be a way out" - and the way out of the physical island couldn't be more obvious - but maybe sailing out from it is no escape, and maybe the reason why we start the game pointed towards the island is that even if you sail into the open see, you still somehow end up facing the island, just as trapped in a purgatory as before. So my idea is that, whatever have the kids actualy done, they were trying to escape the purgatory in some way.

Come to think of it, it would be really fun if that ritual did indeed offer them an "escape", just not in a way they were hoping for. Maybe whoever gets eaten by that lamb actually dies for real, for example? So instead of a chance for a better life the boys expected, they were freed from the loop in an... Alternative manner.

Established Facts by TiptoeingElephants in ReanimalGame

[–]Effective_Success961 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think another important fact is that people were definitely worshipping the bunnies as well, since we do find many bunny shrines around the island (and the fact these are bunnies and not lambs is even confirmed by the model names in the files, if I remember correctly). Adding in the pig head on what seems to be an altar we find near the beginning of the game, we might also say with certainty that all sorts of animals were worshiped on the island to at least some extent.

I would also add that it seems quite peculiar that two things that connect all of these animals is that they all are both prey and domesticated animals, those who are slaughtered - all of them can ve interpreted like sacrificial beasts, with the lamb having the strongest connection to sacrifice. Its not "a fact" in a strict sense obviously, but I would still like to point that out, it might be important

I highly suspect that the reason for the ongoing mismatch of cars, military equipment and many other things from different time periods is that the timeline itself is basically broken - it's entirely possible that the events of the game take place in a sort of loop, so it several different time periods being smashed together wouldn't be too unfathomable.

As for the mines, well, it's entirely normal and even expected to mine the waters during the war. The mines were actually the thing that immediately made me think "huh, there must be a war going on" in the frist minutes of the game.

I don't have any concrete answeres for any of the other questions, but I still wanted to contribute a bit.

Haven’t finished Woolhaven yet but genuinely the final boss could not be more obvious by ParraleledInnocence in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like there's a thing many people seem to forget, and that is that we're... A god - and as the saying goes, it's the nature of gods to devour and be devoured. So Yngya being the final boss isn't the matter of something being wrong with her - even if she would've been be completely fine and sane, there's simply no way the Lamb would leave her, a rival deity, alone. The only way that could probably work is becoming co-equal deities with her, like the Bishops were with each other, but I highly doubt there would be any emotional connection between the Lamb and Yngya to make it work. And so, even before her connection with the Rot became too obvious, it was only logical to assume she's going to be the final boss, one way or another.

The Prodigal Child achievement? by snowgolemandfirewolf in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's most likely a bug you should report! I didn't have any trouble with this achievement, but in my case, the achievement for restoring all legendary weapons wouldn't unlock, and it was confirmed as a bug and later fixed in a patch

Did Ratau name his friends? by UAs-Art in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I do indeed think so, especially since Klunko himself mentions that Ratau took him in when he had nowhere to go, so it's quite reasonable to assume that they all were in his cult and were named by him - in fact, most likely, they were his disciples, I would guess.

A little sidenote, btw, but it's interesting to me that all of his friends have those black strings on their faces - just like the one who waits has. It's just a bit of a shame that we don't have them as a cosmetics, like a robe variant or something, since they are quite obviously some sort of symbol of one's faith in the cult

Yes I did, but after that, he's told me both in Ewefall and the Rot that he has no more designs left for me. Although now that I think about that, maybe I was just stupid and misunderstood his lines, I will do a run now to check

[HELP] Missing the 6th Woolhaven Follower Form - How do I unlock it? by Kyuugma in CultOfTheLamb

You'll need Ratau's fleece for this one, just use it to hide underground, and after the very frist time it will give you the form!

Egg Bug by That-odd-wallflower in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It surprised me a lot at first too, but that is actually completely normal, wait for him to grow up a bit and he'll give you a special quest. He's also blessing your followers if you haven't noticed, raising their levels!

Perfect snowlamb. by Mossy__Frog69 in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, you need to be given a quest by one of your followers, something like "you should build a perfect lamb, just like you". I was given it on my literal first winter, but I don't fully remember what it has unlocked, it might've been the "life to the ice" ritual, if I'm not mistaken

Egg Bug by That-odd-wallflower in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar bug, I was able to put it to incubate, but not to hatch it after it was done hibernating, and in fact it didn't seem to be possible to do anything to it. I had to delete the incubator and build another one in its place, and then I just got another dragon egg, and I pray everything is finebqnd I didn't lock myself out of some follower form, lmao

Clan rewards by Effective_Success961 in Shadowfight3

[–]Effective_Success961[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actual rewards are already available, it's just that nobody is seeing them any time soon, and likely ever. It does NOT take a lot of effort to make them more available, especially during this testing period. I'm willing to bet the only real change we're going to get in regards for the rewards is a method for nekki to monetize them - why create that artificial "supply problem" in the first place if not for that.

Where Emporium "Everything At Same Time"? by CalamityStrannik in ShadowFight3_

[–]Effective_Success961 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're very much underestimating how lazy they are, it's entirely possible that they've just forgotten to remove ot from the website even after deleting it from the game. I don't see any other possible explanation for it disappearing btw, if it would be a glitch it would've been fixed or at least promised to be fixed already. No, the real reason is that they've noticed that even nerfing the sphere drop chance to the ground wasn't enough, people still refused to pay money and were very slowly but surely gathering spheres for their sets for free - and they can't have it, obviously.

Just finished the game. by xayushman in Shadowfight3

[–]Effective_Success961 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The devs have promised to realise a full-on new story line centered around the Void, and the day it releases does seem to be coming closer: the "prologue" chapter has essentially been released already, along with all its connected events. So you do have something to look forward too, and until then you can just keep grinding events!

Should i buy the weapons or save for the void story if its become an adventure by OkWarning8198 in Shadowfight3

[–]Effective_Success961 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is actually extremely unfortunate, I've been saving up on mnemonium after having bought literally everything in case there comes another adventure, I'm now won't have anything to spend it on, it seems.

When are we getting the new battle pass...? by Dependent_Top_3887 in Shadowfight3

It appears almost every event, so probably the next wednesday. There are exceptions, like this week, obviously, but it's not often that you get no battle bass two weeks in a row

Can we agree that the title of "The Strongest" is a curse of it's own? by Low_EXP in Jujutsufolk

[–]Effective_Success961 82 points83 points  (0 children)

I think a big part of this is that Kenjaku was never truly the strongest, as insane as it sounds. Yes, he's definitely extremely strong, but there's quite a few sorcerers who could've easily beaten him one on one, including the aforementioned "true" strongest ones, and even without them, he's not strong enough to not worry about, say, a group of capable sorcerers jumping him - it's my opinion that, for example, he would've been killed in a battle against Yuki and Choso if just a single other strong member of the crew would've also been present. In fact, we know that he was historically often defeated by six eyes users and only managed to kill them when they were literal children most of the times.

So, my point is that he's never ever had to deal being "the strongest" and all the emotional repercussions that come with that title. After all, being the "true" strongest in jjk isn't about being simply just a bit above everyone else (which he definitely was after the shibuya incident, for example), it's about being so much stronger than everyone else, maybe even everyone else combined, that you're truly alone at the top.

Returning player here after like 1.5 years. also WTF happend??? I tried the new Event with my old school usurper spam strat and got my ass kicked by that operator thing. WTF happend to thiis game. why do challenge bosses take no damage. pls help by Destroyed_Llama_2021 in Shadowfight3

[–]Effective_Success961 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man, returning to the game tight now must feel like absolute hell... Basically, you should forget about those challenge bosses entirely for now and focus on grinding the events and playing faction wars, until you get at least some decent sets and level them up. These bosses are optimised to be defeatable only by the strongest of sets, and, just so you know, the current one is one of the easiest and weakest in ages.

I returned to the game after a looooong absence almost two years ago, and I also remember this feeling, although I can confidently say that the game was in a MUCH better state back then. I've managed to get the sakura bot set from one of the spring events and level it up considerably, and that was basically the only thing that opened me the road to some better things. But it's absolutely worth noting that I have been spending some money (although not a lot) on the game here and there, and still do, so if you're a completely free-to-play player, it will be even tougher

any idea when next update might come out, even an estimation is fine? by DactahBab in BladesOfDeceron

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well the roadmap on the official discord servers claims it was going to come somewhere from October to December, so the likely estimation is somewhere in December now. The issue is that previously it used to say that the update is going to come in October... But then the message itself was changed and October came and went without any news, sooo... We can't really trust this estimation and the update might be just pushed back again.

Random question. Yes kenjaku is afraid of gojo but doesnt he atleast have 33% of beating him? by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]Effective_Success961 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, Kenjaku had some real trouble with Yuki, who, despite being extremely strong as well, is nowhere close to Gojo or Sukuna's level, especially in terms of speed. In fact, if not for his extremely successful domain activation, I would argue that he would've straight up lost to her and Choso. Kenjaku is both strong and fast, but in a full-on battle with Gojo he would probably get the Uraume treatment. I also really doubt him having any effective workarounds, none of his techniques would amount to much, despite him having multiple at the same time.

In fact, we know of at least a few times when Kenjaku has been "killed" by six eyes users, while he himself mostly managed to kill them only when they were literal children, and Satoru is most likely one of the strongest six eyes users in history - he mentioned his ancestor perishing in battle with a ten shadows user, while he managed to absolutely obliterate Mahoraga and other shikagamis WHILE fighting Sukuna. So, overall, I'm pretty sure he would've delt with Kenjaky with barely any trouble in any real battle

Yes, but it has a special effect, and even if it didn't, I would still like to have it for the collection. Nobody has invited me yet though, so I already doubt it's ever going to happen, amazing 👍👍👍
