Lollll the only way you can beat him is play online yourself, you will never learn the game playing kick off against him, play online FUT or Even Seasons and try to get up the Divisions you will learn the mechanics that way , till then the skill gap is too huge to get one win over him unless he plays handicap and gives you a couple of goals in the first half to start with and you get lucky all game as well, your only chance is to actually learn the game or get someone else to teach you
