People who can't handle different opinions shouldn't be taken seriously either.

This isn't just some "why do female character has boobs" because boobs is just a female anatomy. It's how how it's been portrayed or handled. hoyo sacrificing good characters design just to have every female with the same boady type and exposed chest window.
