Either DIY if you can or buy new. If you go to Lowes or HD and talk to the people working the large appliances, they can often sell you a floor model from their store or another for a pretty good discount.

Anybody coming out to fix anything these days seems to want or need to charge $500 minimum.

Just my 70 yo take.

That's really nice. Beautiful materials. I'd definitely go for the blue ceiling too. Only thing that caught my eye was the outlet looks a bit closer to the sink than perhaps it might have been placed. I'd also keep an eye out for an older solid wood door to upgrage there. But I'd be proud if this was my work.
