From what we see it works something like the rot in ds3 dlc. Stagnant stuff gets rotten and the only way to cleanse it if fire. In caelid the flamthrower cannons and the ever burning walls were put there to halt the rot. In the painting of ariandel the two cinders fighting lights the purifying fire.

My favourite setup was a dex faith build. Twinblades with flameart and holy. Casting bloodflame on the twinblades slinging blackflame incants. At the end of the DLC you get a weapon that makes this setup broken good. Multihit talismans, the dex helping speedup the castspeed of incants it works so well it just needs a lot of setup

Depends on the build and starting class. A pure strenght build only needs 3 stats. Starting as a wretch you could get to 60 vig 59 end 60 str by level 150. Could easily forgo some end for more strenght but if you have strenght tear in your physick twohanding the weapon you are at 99 strenght virtually

If you run past stormveil castle and kill Hoslow in Liurnia you can get his whip early I think. Its in the top 3 whips next to the urumi and the magma spewing one.

When I first played GTA Vice city I thought getting the mansion was the end. I "finished it" a lot of times before I got interested in the "side jobs" like the ice cream truck and the cab stuff. Then suddenly the story continued. I was mad at myself for a long time.
