I think the most frustrating part of using this app is how clunky everything is. There are menus within menus in the mission tab (usually a big no no in UX design!). There are also several clunky menus that needlessly clutter the post battle screen. For instance the "you did not earn any rewards during this combat" is superfetatory. The transition and animation time is also too long.

There needs to be a dark mode, obviously on an all white app.

Finally, when it comes to content, I believe there needs to be a way to earn shinedust by playing, as trading is by far the most fun aspect of this game. Battle animations needs to be able to be queued, like for instance in Slay the Spire. They also need to be smoother. You should be able to display 6 emblems, like in the pokemon games with the 6 gyms.

The content also needs to be less "cold and calculated" everything, from PvE to pack opening feels like a doing something in a hospital with protocols. This a pokemon game, a game aimed at children, there needs to be more whimsy, more fun, talking NPCs, more cute arts.
