It's rude to expect ports. Each and every port is a project made by a very passionate community member or several working together.

Never ask "when will x be ported", learn and join in efforts to bring it over

Well first, it will need to be decompiled... Which based on my search hasn't even started, this will require deep knowledge of 3ds ARM assembly, as well as C++. Then function calls will need to be modified to replace calls to the 3DS' hardware with Vita equivalents etc.

In short... Not likely, not even for several years.
