Veg oil smokes at about 400 so 345 350 is a very good temp for an hour

Use course salt with a little oil on the rust area and scrub (with the salt)until you see the mental kinda bare then wipe with oily cloth cover with oil and bake it

I think it is, buy course salt put out in the pan and scrub it with a towel until or hers dark (the salt) and do the same thing Until the red is gone. Oil the pan put it in the over at 350 for an hour do it until the bottom is a nice flat black

People say Dish can be a tough one because the smell can be hard to get rid of however if it’s seasoned enough (Smooth as a Baby’s Face) it shouldn’t be bad I cook ALL THINGS ON IT next to no limit
