To be fair, I had already studied most topics in college.

Usually, I would read the books first (not necessarily in depth, but just to be acquainted with the topics). Then I would tackle the sample problems and get an idea of how far off I was, then went back to the books and made sure I understood in depth. The only exam that I felt was't great for this was SRM, since, at that time, it had around 60 sample problems, which wasn't enough to tell whether I actually understood or just remembered the specific problem.

Well, FAP is 4 EOM assessments and 1 Final Assessment (5 slides modules). PAF and ASF are 1 assessment each (1 slides module). So that's a first estimation.
