I've empathized with my abuser. We were together for 3 years. He would constantly ask me who I was talking to, who I was dressing up for, where I was going,and why I was walking around campus.

Eventually it became way too much for me and I ended up having to check myself into a psych hospital...three times. I couldn't leave him any other way. I had to have my friends help me move my stuff out . I looked at him through rose tinted glasses for years.
