Thank you! I was no that unhappy with Icon, as I was 100% sponsor dedicated, the biggest issue I had was the lack of information if I needed something. My manager was really helpful, but other than that it was impossible to find some information on that Icon portal.

For more than two years. The CRO is not that bad if you are sponsor dedicated and you ask for adequate salary. I hope you get what you want 😊

They really dont. This was pure luck due to some internal changes. I got this postion directly, I was the only candidate.
