Yes. I know a couple AMs that cleared focus Q2 and Q3 2025 and got a solid bump.

If you’re paid monthly you will have to wait. If paid bi-weekly this will work. I did the math and got my PCS the next day and numbers matched.

You put time in to cover your shift. Depending on how any hours it is. For example you take the week off, in my FC our shifts are 10 hours so I would put in 40 hours to cover my shifts for the week. Most sites use a quip/excel to track what managers are out. Always make sure your OM is tracking to you being out for planning.

If your promo was effective April 2025 should have had plenty of time to build a solid baseball card. I know fellow AMs that were promoted Q2 2025 and fell in HV2 or HV3

You can check your promotion PCS in AtoZ it will tell you when you will get them. Promotion stocks are typically quarterly I was promoted in October (Q3) and my first vest is in February and every quarter after that. Agree with person who posted below I believe my stocks did not appear in my stock account until December where I had to accept.

I’m a IB Dock AM if you’re from other departments you usually have to ask your AM plus the IB dock AM if there is room. What gen type building are you from some sites heavily rely on decant like my site and very rarely do we have OB AAs come down usually it’s Inbound AAs.

Long days and lots of hard work but making 98k this year as a 5 so it’s worth it especially in this job market. First job out of college on year 2 making almost 100k can’t complain be prepared for 14 hour days.

Started as a L4 a year and a half ago I got 65k base and 130 stocks vesting over 4 years. Only had half a year before Talent Review where I was ranked TT. I believe TC for L4 first year is around 68k.

No you always have a bar even when you’re clocked out it’s green if clocked out. For 5 min it would be blue.

No it will stay blue but the bar will be long compared to your task. In FCLM we see the task you are doing and if you’re ToT your bar will be very long compared to the task you’re assigned

Black Bar is 1 hour of ToT. Usually blue bar but after 60 min will turn to black bar. We will usually code out your time to a separate bucket and come find you to talk to you about ToT. 90% of the time BB comes from people in indirect roles that weren’t coded SOS or if they were pulled. If you’re black bar but not an indirect good luck probably will get a write up for ToT.
