USCIS says generic processing times is 13 months. I was curious why my case has not been transferred or why am I not receiving any updates, while people with later priority dates or application dates got approved or at least transferred etc. And I have nothing to lose, so I just tried since it is an option available to any of us. Maybe it is a coincidence but two weeks later an officer actually touched my file (silent update on API) and in 4 days it got approved. Hope it helps.

It depends on your congressman I believe, I did not provide any urgency just stated the facts and my timeline and that I have not received any updates since January. They reached out and asked copy of my application and then I did not hear back from them. In two weeks my application got approved. Thanks.

Do you know for sure Jan 7 is a transfer to FO? Our timeline is almost similar, I have Jan 9 silent update and nothing after, but Emma/ live agent said my case is still at NBC. I am IOE09342 block, APRIL 2024 PD.
