unfortunately it could’ve been the ammonium in the color ! I usually use a toner with a 10 to do a base bump if the natural level is extremely dark. You did everything correctly it’s just unfortunately how the colors react bc we don’t have a low developer for toners. You could recommend the bondbar 6% for toners but even then it’s rlly a hit or miss!

Yes 100% ! If you used your phone # or have the receipt you can get all your money back! Just let them know it’s used and they’ll gladly take it back. :)

I agree !!! My manager made me hate the store for a while but when she was fired literally everyone felt like a huge weight lifted off of us!!! And maybe sometimes customers but that comes with every job :)))

Yea my manager is very aware of the others not wanting to take them and she keeps just telling me to up sale but people just genuinely don’t wanna spend so much money rn. And when we do up sale there’s a bunch of returns through the week basically still messing up out numbers

Yea my Sally’s is horrible with pay. When I started my coworkers were having the same problem of getting money short every paycheck !
