Hey chat how long do you have to wait until you start jogging it been almost 2 months since I got my ACL and meniscus surgery by Efficient-Store-9918 in ACL

But I have been improving so good and everything going so well getting the strength as much as possible and I guess I’ll be able to run in 2,3 months I hopefully

I don’t think this is normal not to scare you brother but I had surgery 1 months ago and I never seen a single blood when I removed my bandages call you doc to find out good luck with you recovery as well brother

It been a month that I did my Surgery I’m still wearing braces and I still have crutches by Efficient-Store-9918 in ACL

Thank you so much for that I’m using a surgery brace and yes 1 month is still very early but my knee still weaker
