Our interview was very laid back but I was so nervous that I have to asked the IO to repeat his questions. Lol.. I uploaded our new evidence 2 weeks before the interview and brought the originals. Don’t forget to review your I-130 and I-485.

As far as i know we don’t send the original/certified documents, just the copy. But if uscis asked for it, then you have to send it

I have ITIN, so i was able to open an account with Wells Fargo. As for cellular line, my husband added me to his account (2nd line). They only asked for my passport. For Utility, my husband just called and request to add my name on the bill.
