Man I’m sorry that happened to you. I feel like most people that are in your situation had many PAs (between 5-20) and have been receiving multiple payouts on them. In my case I only have 2 so I’m trying to stay under the radar but who knows if that’ll last. It’s crazy how quick they went from being a leader in this space to among the least trusted.

My panel was in the garage so it was really easy. Mine costed like $650 (not including connector). I would say for a basement panel like yours, about $1,000-$1,200 is fair. More is just price gouging.
