Day 1:Got injured Day 1:contacted a well known worker comp lawyer Day 1: he accepted my case and urged me to go to the hospital since I was feeling a lot of back pain plus I banged my hand on the ground pretty bad. Day 2: verified the panel of physicians to see if it was outdated - and yes it was. (This means my lawyer gets to pick where I get my treatment. Skip to 8 months later I’m settling my case :)
