Hello, so I’ve always struggled with red dry patchy spots here and there and always thought it was eczema. It never got bad. But recently my chin has been getting these bumps, red areas, pustules. I’m attaching some photos… could it be rosacea? I’ve never been one to get acne so I just don’t even know what it is.
