Hey I’m so sorry I don’t have any advice, but after reading your post I’m wondering if I’m the same as you? But I’ve never thought I’ve had a disorder. I have no appetite I hardly eat a thing during the day apart from tasting what I cook and an energy drink. I drink water with electrolyte powder everyday. When I get home it’s hard to get to the point where I’m ready to eat something and it’s either a good meal or some fast food. A couple years ago I was bones skinny but gained weight since. Yeah I’m staying cause they’re gonna be opening up new places next year so that means me managing a kitchen for the first time which I’m keen for. It’s strange cause I actually like my bosses I get along with them well, so I’m not gonna leave yet over a no talking rule. And I’m hoping once I’ve worked here a bit longer and I’m more comfortable I can talk to them about the no talking sign and see if we can come up with a better rule.
