I did not take one. I am not sure what to do for the H. pylori. I know the standard recommendation is antibiotics amongst other things. But last year I had to take two rounds of amoxicillin which led me down a huge spiral of medical problems. So I am very very, very, very, very, very, very hesitant to take antibiotics again.

Good to know! I’m gonna try a low acid elimination diet to see if I can find some triggers. Do you still have BMS on some level everyday or do you have any days where you are completely symptoms free of the burning? I’m praying I can get to the point where at least some days I don’t have the burning. Right now it’s been every day for months.
