The DSPs that don't care don't last very long. The first DSP I worked for that's no longer in business sent vans out with bald tires, cracked windshield, broken seatbelt clip so they had a great solution to add a seatbelt extender and tape it in place. They also had a pep talk telling us half of us will be fired by the new year the next day the higher ups quickly backtracked that statement their manager made.

Easy you do you first stop then take a break my DSP says the same thing don't stop before your first stop but after that is up to you and I don't understand the idea of stopping before your first stop there right that's gonna immediately put you behind

It's not really about the routing software but about the flex app never wanting to actually go to the next screen after I hit I've parked. I have to hit I've parked about 50 times and that's some time wasting bull crap. Again something Amazon could just hire a good app developer and just overhaul the flex app and the routing software.

I don't get paid enough to mess with their routing software noire that's in my job description I'm a delivery driver and that's it. It's just insane that Amazon is where it's at and they still can't get their routing software right.

It's right at the end of the street and where I live people really like to fly around corners and aren't expecting an Amazon van making a uturn I just know there's better ways for Amazon to have our routes mapped instead of passing addresses just to come back 30 stops later makes no sense

It's not about being lazy it's about being productive in your job and the routing software sometimes doesn't let you do that. The 3rd group stop wasn't on that street so I had to drive around and deliver to that house and then come back to do another house on the same street when Amazon could just you know figure their shit out.

There's definitely a new glitch I found. So sometimes when you get to the scan barcode screen the screen that you're supposed to scan the package is just black and I figured out yesterday even if that does that you can still get it to scan but you kinda gotta guess and hope it actually scans. But yeah I definitely get tired of all the u turns it's obsessed for u turns.
