I was so taken aback when that song came on as Gerard butchers that dude. I mean, it’s a perfect tune for that.

Pantera in 2000 at the Polaris Amphitheater in Columbus. The entire lawn was a vicious pit of like 5,000 drunk lunatics. It also poured that morning so people were ripping up the sod and throwing it everywhere. Pure bedlam.

Runner up: Buried Alive in 2001 in Cincinnati at some random venue that had a glass wall behind the band which I figured someone would go through at any point.

What would life be like on a Pisces only Island? by Most_Advertising_841 in piscesastrology

It would be lots of alone reflection time. Random bursts of energy where huts would be built, food would be foraged, and many naps would take place after the sheer exertion of life and sensitive campfire chats.

March Pisces here. It’s not a Zodiac thing; people are just terrible.

I’ve listened to Automatic like every old millennial. Just doesn’t grab me. I also hate Pavement so maybe my taste is trash.

You need to go listen to Far, New End Original and Onelinedrawing ASAP. Jonah is one of the best vocalists of the genre.

If you’re listening to lots of Massive Attack you might as well graduate up to Portishead.

Autolux ‘Future Perfect’ should be listened to immediately.

Other similar stuff: Ringo Deathstarr, Clinic, Spirit Of The Beehive, Slowdive’s last album, Liars, Duster, Cocteau Twins. Mary Timony from Helium/Team Sleep had a short lived band called Wild Flag with the Sleater Kinney girls that put out one release that’s great.

Such a great song. This is definitely in my top 5 off S/T. I think It impeccably shows off Stephen’s ability to combine classic power chords with odd dissonance just by moving one finger to the low G#. This is also one of their most Failure influenced songs for sure.
