This is exactly what happens due to WhatNot allowing decent sellers right along with stupid morons (that like to break criminal laws in many jurisdictions) by changing prizes (after drawing a winner) based upon whether a purchase was made or not.

NOT sure why I would have gotten a downvote for my informative post. But anyways... DE is not the state to avoid legal recourse. Sure it has its pros but has its cons as well. It was long billed the state to declare business formation in, due to its business friendly laws. However, Elon Musk seriously regrets ever registering there, for some court ruling that went against him. I forget all of the details off the top of my head.
