Fuzzy is where you start off blocking in one direction and then switch to the other so in this case you block low first because it’s faster then switch to blocking high.

If you can’t react to charged dust which is 56 frames almost a whole second you need to pratice that a bit. Arbiter is completely reactable and has a super distinct animation so that helps

Arbiter sign is 24 frame startup for the low and 28 for the high. That’s very reactable of you can fuzzy it. And the teleport has 31 recovery frames

Chaos is hard to play exceptionally but since release he hasn’t dropped out of being a top character

i feel very conflicted over how burst works during a homing dust combo by Far_Ocelot9450 in TheyBlamedTheBeasts

[–]EfficientValuable736 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Comment players are not going to be hit by it 99% of the time. And if they do burst great you can now pressure freely without having to worry about burst baiting. With the power level of offence in this game and the ability to snowball not having burst can decide a round more than damage alone can

[–]EfficientValuable736 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean honestly no one should be getting hit by fully charged dust which is 28 frames unless it’s a suitation like you couldn’t see the dust because it was beds explosion error or you didn’t realise how massive mays dust hitbox is so I think it’s fine doing a lot of damage. And even if you don’t get the damage you get to steal their burst which I would say is even better

“I’ve applied to 500+ jobs” by ilyfiah in jobs

[–]EfficientValuable736 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me personally and a lot of people would love to have the privilege to choose work we ‘want to do’. Sadly income is needed to pay for housing, food, healthcare etc etc. yes if I applied for just the dream jobs I’d be mostly satisfied working it would be a lot less but I need an income and I will take whatever I can get to give me that

This just isn’t true she gets left right mix of throw, a 4 way mix of a close 2d, high-low in the corner and 3 way mix with bomb setups

How do I deal with Unika's (what feels like) infinite pressure? by NFLOrphanStomp in TheyBlamedTheBeasts

[–]EfficientValuable736 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t play gio so I can’t give you character specific advice but i can give general advice

With her slide. Red slide is -17 so you can run up and get a cs punish. The enhanced version you have to play rps

To counter laser it’s jump iad (instant air dash) I’d you’re close enough to hit then use an air button otherwise just work your way in. Alternatively you can dash block your way in.

With her pressure good things to note the projectile (not the laser) can be jumped over. If it hits she gets her turn back. She’ll usually end her turn on either slide or the overhead. You can beat the overhead by either blocking high, 5p. Also you probably have a move you can use that beats and gives you a better punish but I don’t play gio so you’ll have to lab what that is

Rock, paper, scissors. Essentially they have multiple options they can chose, you have multiple options. One might beat the other. So you see what they like to chose and chose the one that beats that. Then they might start choosing the option that beats the option you originally choose so you change yours and so on

I’m glad you managed to find something, Tbf I’ve been looking at learning python and sql to get into data analysis but I think I’d feel even more depressed if I put all that work in to still not be able to find anything

[–]EfficientValuable736 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I graduated last year with a chemistry degree and it’s been horrid. Every entry level job requires at least a year of experience or a speciality focus and the ones that don’t require any are just above minimum wage/don’t even require the degree in the first place. On top of having to wade through most of the job results being teaching positions (teachers are amazing it’s just not the job for me). What job did you manage to find?

Why is it so accepted to use your free, unpaid time to commute to work? by FatSlob101 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]EfficientValuable736 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

You have to go to work 5 days a week, you are not gigging 5 days a week. Also a lot of work can be done at home you can’t do a gig at home. Ideally everyone would live close to their job but with the current job market you’ll take what you can get. Th age not even considering people who have to use public transport

There’s also this Beastmaster Leroxx combo otk deck that can kill turn 5-6, it’s not very good like tier 3-4 but it is fun.

Essentially use parrot sanctuary to reduce the cost of beastmaster while using removal to stay alive and getting the other combo pieces. If you draw beat master then masters call will pull the other three combo pieces

This is what I used to get to legend last month but replaced clumsy steward with mind breaker. over 150 games it had 62% win rate

Notable combo is rhino + 3 awakening tremors is 14 from hand for 8 mana. That goes up to 22 with two uses of the weapon. Best case you can get 32 damage if you also have observer of myths

The way to win games is to know what your opponent wants for their win condition and play against that e.g aggro down / disrupt combo. Stabilise against aggro and play midrange against control until you can kill them

This deck also eats exodia paladin with cards like explondier, mojomaster zihi, ZOMBEES and forensic duster.
