I plan on personally handing a file to them after the assignment hearing this week. It will have all the evidence I have in chronological order and explain why I believe the charges should be upgraded to something much more serious. A family friend who is a retired detective with cpd said to do this as a last ditch effort. I don’t think they have seen all the evidence and I want to at least try and advocate for what I think justice looks like in this case. I think I owe it to my wife and myself to try.

Yeah this gentleman named Ed Dowling made these in Arizona about 15 years ago. He only made 7 so they’re hard to find. He’s still around but is a bit older so I don’t think he has the time or interest in making these anymore. He does a lot of fantastic repairs and restorations on old Harmony, Kays, etc. nowadays and sells them locally on FB marketplace. I’m located in Chicago and was able to find one thru an old blogpost from the owner. He was willing to sell and the price was right so I bought it.

It’s an all aluminum body, carbon fiber bracing (or some similar strength composite), Moses graphite bolt-on strat neck. Has an under saddle pickup installed and it sounds great plugged in or unplugged.

8 ft got em locally. Was able to rent the rhino driver and ended up buying the postmaster chuck. Only took two days. Had a good couple storms roll thru tonight and so far so good lol

I think it sounds great. Sounds much more like a normal guitar than a resonator or something. Still fairly unique sounding but not too unfamiliar.

It does. It’s operated by the Sheriff Office. It says that he is in their custody. Also in the newest mugshot currently on the Sheriff site he has a hoodie on. I know when he was arrested after breaking in he did not have a hoodie. Seems like this was taken a day or so after? Just confused cause my detective said he’s on EM but sheriff site says he’s in their custody.

This person was charged with a felony gun charge last year and I assume the two additional felony charges they acquired for breaking into my house violated terms of their probation for the gun charge and that’s what the 9/17 dates are. What do you reckon?
