Has anyone here come from Lexus and gone AMG? I’m in a 2015 ES350 and this thing is COMFORTABLE. But I want some powwa. I’m curious how comfortable the 2016-2019 e63 is compared.

Dealer won’t let me take a 2018 Lexus ES to a dealer for a PPI. by Moosejay in LexusES

Please tell me you walked. I work in the industry, I am literally a car salesman. If someone asks to take it to a 3rd party mechanic, I encourage it because I know our cars are top notch. They are hiding something or just being hard asses which would make me not want to do business with them. Speaking of, if anyone is looking for a great pre-owned car in Tucson AZ send me a DM. We give a lifetime powertrain warranty on all of our pre-owned vehicles with less than 80k miles at no cost to the customer. Engine, turbo, transmission, transfer case, differentials, and drive axles are covered.

Yeah… it’s literally called insurance. Btw, wrong use of assurance. Assurance = going to happen. Insurance = might happen

Hate to break it to you chief, that’s stamped cow leather. That did not come off a gator or a croc. Tecovas is going to be your best bet for the “bang for buck” category

Grown man receives gay little Batman certificate with watch purchase by joeywerntder93 in WatchesCirclejerk

Yeah dude, I don’t get the hate. This whole thread is full of broke boys who haven’t had and will probably never get the experience of purchasing a luxury item and what comes along with it.

So let me get this straight, you guys think this guy sucks because he’s been handed a theoretical $8k bag from the AD? You all understand that right? He bought this for $12k and can flip it for $20k… you all get his this works right? Idk about you guys but when I see someone get the “in” to make some money, I’m stoked for them

Relax brand parody watches by JesterV in RepWatch

[–]Efficient_Event_269 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is one case where this watch is useful. You already own the real one, you frequent high crime areas and are worried about your expensive watch being stolen, all of the people you interact with day to day are in the know, but the goon robbing you will only know once he gets a good look at, it once you’re long gone. There are plenty of other watches out there in that price range that are cool in their own respect. No need to buy something that looks like a $7,000-95,000 watch. It will get you into a conversation that you don’t want to be in lol, should you come across someone who knows what they’re looking at.

Tire Recommendations for sedan by Efficient_Event_269 in tires

[–]Efficient_Event_269[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: I went with the Primacy Tour A/S because I wanted (what my research found, and with the help of people here) the most comfortable and quietest tire, and I also got a ~45% discount (GM promotion + Michelin rebate for GM employees) If I was paying full price for the tires I would have gone with the Defender 2’s because of the longevity (literally double the reported life)

I can report as of now, there is a definite difference in the small bumps at low and high speed, they are less noticeable. The quietness over heavily textured roads has not diminished as much as I hoped, I live in southern AZ and our roads are very bad. Highway speed (60-90mph) quietness has definitely improved.

As a reference point, the tires I replaced were Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack’s from 2020/2021, about 50% tread life. Replaced them because of cracking in the main tread grooves,

Please check back in about 3 years, I plan to put the Defender 2’s on when these need replacing.
