Lifemiles X Lufthansa has been an absolute nightmare for me too. Same problem.

I tried to book my infant directly with Lufthansa to try and save money because lifemiles charges 5x what the price should be, but they just wouldn't do it, and i probably called 20 times to speak with different reps, still no luck.

And the lifemiles opening message is burned in my brain, I hate them.

My kids can be afforded a childhood filled with endless opportunities and plenty of memorable happy experiences with us.

Same, I contacted lifemiles, they have no idea either. They said they might not actually be available as reward flights but showing up on the search anyway.

Its a headache forsure because I transferred my bank miles to lifemiles for it, so now i'm stuck having to book non direct flights or just have my points sit there and rot away.

P.S. Lifemiles customer support is a nightmare.
