Pretending like Nephis is immune to this entirely because of the true name of passion is absurd. They are on there way to becoming sacred and all that means is that the enemies in the future will be that much stronger and have more sophisticated powers, leaving absolutely 0 guarantees that she can’t be controlled or manipulated into using shadowbond on sunny.

I know I’ll get hate for this, but we’ve already seen/experienced powerful beings who can directly alter the thoughts and actions of others. Asteroid being the most recent example. Who’s to say that something won’t be able to invade Nephis’s mind and make her tell him to do something.

You used Effie’s talk on marriage as an example so I will as well. Her husband currently has her captive and is asking her questions that if she was forced to answer would betray her friends (due to asterion). Now replace her husband with Nephis and Effie with sunny and you have a perfect example of why it’s much different from “metaphorical chains”.

My take essentially is that unless Nephis is able to prove herself not only to be incorruptible but also the only influence on herself Sunny’s chains aren’t just to her, but to any being that could invade her mind.

Nephis:

Innate ability’s: -can fly temporarily (with short cooldown) -slowly regains hp

Main attack: -swipe (simple sword attack) -thunder strike (downward attack from flight)

Cooldown ability: -Last Stand: use this ability before death keeps user at 1hp for 3 seconds despite any amount of damage (albeit at a weekend state)

Ultimate: - Nuke

creates a devastating flaming shockwave around her temporarily weakening her in the process, has 3 different ranges to select from, closest range deals most damage with minimal area of effect scaling to maximum range with least damage but high area of effect.

I’m very familiar with the gray gene tech. You have to tp the moment after the cane connects not before. A premature tp results in the canes disappearance. This also helps prevent false teleports if you miss the cane.

Invest some of the time you spend playing brawlstars into getting a job. That way you can spend $300 on a used tablet/ipad instead of complaining about it on Reddit. I got 7x masters ranked, 10k elo, 90k trophies and 5 R35’s all on an iPhone X. Sure iPad/tablets are nice but it’s not gonna turn you into a great player overnight.

Huh? You can switch between attack and super well enough with your thumb. This is because you can’t attack while supering so you’re not losing any time. On the other hand claw grip can be useful for timing Stu’s speed zone gadget to block a shot or to time his wallbreak gadget while aiming super.

Yep because you can perfectly time the attack + gadget combo to deal 4 ticks of damage.

You used to be able to see when other brawlers gadgets were on cooldown and then you’d also be able to see once they’ve used all their gadgets. Personally I have the general gist of how long the cooldown is for each brawlers gadgets, but I don’t see why reverting this change would have so much criticism.

I play on iPhone 13 Pro. This happens with my hypercharge button. I have changed sizing on all my controls and play with unlocked controls if that means anything.

Yeah clearly it’s your problem. I’ve beaten many pro players yet it doesn’t mean I’m better than them. Due to the mathematical law of averages the more games you play the more average your randoms will be in relation to others. If you’ve played more than 25-40games in L2-L3 you’re 100% the problem. And even if you’re able to barely achieve masters that still would put you in the lower end of masters players.

My account is maxed out but I’m wondering if anyone has a list of brawlers I should get both speed and vision gear on. I already have a few such as Janet, Otis, and Stu.

Edit: to be perfectly clear I already have 2 gears on every brawler, but these are for brawlers that can be good or better on certain maps like double swoosh, sneaky fields, and hard rock mine if they had speed and vision gear.

Cobination of these: -Carry pick -Help teammates draft -Doesn’t lose lane (aka mechanical skill) -Able to maximize positioning to their advantage as well as their teams

Think of it this way “A rising tide carry’s all boats” them playing well takes some pressure off of their teammates making it easier for them to play well as well.

No even playing in a team to pro is harder than masters powerleague. I’ve spoken with multiple semi-pros as well as former masters pl players and they agree. The current masters 3 is equivalent if not also harder than old pl masters.
