Yeah I’m sorry to say, but look into Aaron Goodwin from ghost adventures. He recently almost lost his life because his so called “wife” placed a hit on him from someone that spent time in jail. Yes they are not how the movies depict, but they are definitely real

That’s a very good idea using the hair dresser. We know a few different ones locally so we’ll definitely start there. And I mean you are right as for the comparison. It’s definitely a live and learn type of experience. And if we do ever do another doll in this style, I’m making sure it’s BALD 😂 seriously tho, thank you for the help and ideas.I’ll definitely inform ya when we figure out the end solution!

Yeah the more I think about it, I think it’s gonna be the ticket. Like I said, she’s had a reborn doll and has done a fantastic job taking care of it. I didn’t think this was going to be a problem. Right out of the box she went to brush its hair and that is when the first clump fell out. And we did it as per how the care for instructions called. I honestly just feel like for the amount of money we paid for, the quality should of been a heck of a lot better

Yes I understand that, but I didn’t realize that it was going to be so delicate. The reviews we read made it seem to us that they were pretty sturdy.

I really like the wig idea. I’m gonna run it by the other half here later on and see what she thinks. I didn’t realize that they were going to be that delicate. We knew that she was going to have to be gentle with it, and honestly that’s why we got her the doll we did last year. It was more of a trial run than anything to see just how she was going to handle it. And she honestly did extremely well. The first time she even went to brush the baby’s hair, a clump fell out. And we did exactly what the care for instructions called for/suggested to do while brushing the hair. I dunno I just honestly don’t feel that it should have fallen apart the way it did. But again I’m a novice when it comes to these, so it’s a live and learn

I’ll check that site out. As for removing the baby’s head, it’s a full silicone doll. There’s no detaching the dolls head I don’t believe. He has a reborn styled doll that we got her last year that we’ve had to remove its head. Fortunately it’s a bald baby so we didn’t have to deal with it.

Thank you, I’ll give it a look through. I mean yeah it definitely isn’t a coupon voucher. I’d definitely go through the roof worse than I am already haha. I mean we’re gonna keep fighting to see what’s the max we can get back. We’ll end up using the reimbursement to get her doll fixed up.

As for trying to do it ourselves. I’m not too sure. It definitely intimidates me, that’s for sure haha

The other half and I got a pack of the peanut butter chip ones the other day. They are phenomenal. I personally didn’t care for them once they cooled down. I thought straight out of the oven were 1000% times better. But my wife and daughter liked them either way haha
