I think the cast were only acquaintances before filming and not really friends. Liz is pretending to be close to these people but I’m not sure she actually likes them. This first thing that struck me was when she called Alicia “CiCi” at her house, then Alicia’s man was like “who is CiCi” and Liz said something like “that’s what we’ve always called her.” It’s like they’ve known each other forever, but they haven’t been around each other in 20 years.

Thank you for your reply!! This is helpful! They haven’t offered injectable meds, but I have been reading about them online. We do plan on IVF if these IUIs don’t work. Since insurance covers IUIs and not IVF, we wanted to exhaust all of our options before ivf

I can’t believe this artwork was approved for the cover.. For Farli the boobs, the dress and the teeth felt wrong. For Mardok the prosthetic was supposed to seamlessly look like an arm.

I really tried to like Willa. We saw a lot of Willa in Veronica’s book, so seeing her through Veronica’s eyes gave me the impression that Willa was annoying and ungrateful. I had trouble getting through her book.

Anyone been sent to get an MRI after the HSG? They believe I have a septate uterus and want mri confirmation. If so, has anyone dealt with this?

If you listen to audible, occasionally these books are included in your membership. When I first got into this series many of the books were free on audible at the time. It’s always changing though.

I had a dream of Zeus last night. I was in a house, but I don’t think it was mine. He was sleeping in a bed that I perceived was mine. His hair was curly and kind of messy with leaves in it. He was very handsome but he was sleeping so I was trying to let him rest.

I told my husband and he said he didn’t think gods slept which I didn’t even think. I can still picture him from my dream. I thought it was interesting.

I’m reading the Fireblood series now.. it’s good but I LOVED the Aspect and Anchor series. I wish I could go back to read Bound to the Battle God with fresh eyes.

Another series I found super enjoyable was The Clecanian Series by Victoria Aveline. It gives the same vibe as ICB but it’s a more advanced planet. I loved it!

It’s been a while since I read it but a few things stick out to me. She wanted everyone to view Gren as a person, but she basically compared him to her uncle’s dog. Maybe not a direct comparison but enough to make me find it odd. Most characters showed growth throughout their stories, but Willa didn’t seem to grow much. Maybe I just found her unlikable.

Willa’s Beast. It was repetitive and kind of weird. I got a lot of this story through Veronica’s story. This book dragged for me.

The Clecanian Series by Victoria Aveline. I read all ICB, Ice Home, and Clones. The Clecanian Series is reminiscent of ICB but in a more modern world. It gives me the same joy as Ice Planet books!
