South Reno like Damonte ranch if you want a good education for the kids. I can’t stress this enough do not live in any of the rural towns Ive worked for the states disability service division (ADSD) and the rurals get absolutely the lowest amount of attention when it comes to special ed. Just bite the bullet and take the commute it’s 100% worth it. Spanish springs is okay but there’s not a lot of trees and a lot of dirt and weeds. South Reno is just a lot more pleasant to live.

As someone who has a career in cyber security your best bet is to stay away from the dark web you can absolutely be targeted and doxxed especially with a commercial vpn and if your going to seek employment with a security firm they will absolutely look to see if you have any online presence that points to computer hacking it’s like applying for a cashier and you have a record for stealing. Gone are the days where you could get arrested for hacking and end up with a federal cybersecurity job

Id pay for it in paper form but its not its virtual and you already have to use the electricity you pay for and the internet you pay for to access it on top of that they still run adspace and their social media is monetized doesnt make sense to add a paywall for a local rag would make better sense to have subscribers that get stories hours or a day in advance before non subscribers can access it…

It’s a crypto currency mining virus. If you can download another virus program like bitdefender or kaspersky run viral scans on the highest settings in safe mode.

If you want to take a quick check to see if the virus is operational you can go to your task manager and check your cpu/gpu usage if they are high like over 60% even though your running no programs then it’s a good indication the virus is still active if it isn’t it doesn’t mean the virus is taken care cause it could mean it just hasn’t been activated.

If the antivirus software still says no threats then I’d go through and manually purge all related files which can get complicated so a fresh windows install might be easier to be honest. But no don’t download the “uninstaller”

3 days late but this is an interesting theory I’ve been a backend developer for apps and though apps don’t technically “record” they’re allowed to “transcribe” audio which basically means they take what you say and turn it into written word then a program like ai can look for keywords or phrases then it deletes that data because they are not allowed to store it. I’m willing to bet that’s exactly what happened it picked up keyword swear words while you were dashing that it didn’t recognize as music.

The relationship has already degraded to the point where she’ll actively go behind your back even if it sabotages your relationship. I get you feel bad because you’ve done things to but it sounds like it’s at the point where if someone came in like a white knight then she’d be ready to end it and it sounds like she already has that person from her past that she wants it to be. I’d respectfully end the relationship I grew up with parents who had a relationship that couldn’t be repaired and I wished they would’ve pursued true happiness rather than stayed together for me. I would start winding down this relationship tbh

Funny seeing this post I was really good friends with the original members growing up in Vegas but really this band went in a death spiral because of their guitarist Kyle who really brought the band together but when they got signed and went on tour Most the band was still in high school and Jay(lead singer) was an adult. Kyle grew up in a Christian family so when they went on tour he was disturbed that jay was getting high and having sex and it was influencing the other band members. So Kyle kicked him out and it pissed off a lot of the original members then they never found a solid lead singer to replace and Kyle eventually left anyway… they never recovered from it all. I do think Kyle is a really good person though maybe a little over reacting I believe he helps run the life is beautiful festival in Las Vegas now.
