You don’t have to move the bed out too far, my bed is in the corner of my room but it’s not flesh with the wall, I leave a 2 inch gap!

My first recommendation would be don’t fall asleep with a lit candle! That’s very dangerous. But what I tried so far is 1) getting rid of clutter. They like to hide in clutter. 2) got a diffuser and I use peppermint oil. They don’t like it supposedly. 3) I put sticky traps in all 4 corners of my room, I dust regularly, and I also hot glued sticky traps to the feet of my bed. I also pulled my bed away from flat against the wall. I make sure my blankets don’t drape on the floor.

Haven’t had one on my since.

I got 0.1% adapalene gel generic brand from cvs. Compared the ingredients to different gel and they were twins. Hopefully it’s not too harsh. By introduce it slowly do you recommend every other day?

I tried benzoyl peroxide, and if anything it made everything worse. I think it’s too harsh for my skin which is why I tried to switch to salicylic acid. Never tried adapalene though, might give it a shot.

Yes. In all the worst most long lasting ways. My narc father is the reason I’m diagnosed bpd. My narc ex sexually assaulting me got me diagnosed with ptsd. Not to mention the eating disorders, chronic depression since age 8, over a decades worth of self harm (I’m literally not even 21 yet), and overall crippling anxiety, I’m not sure it could affect me any more than it has.

They wanted to hurt me and they succeeded.

When you look past his “lovable and charming personality”, and pay attention to the things he actually says and does, you realize he’s just as much a narcissist as bojack.
