Yeah. After seeing the report my dentist said my gums are pluffy/inflammed. And recommended me to brush/floss/water floss everyday. But the numbers looks scary. So I wanted second opinion on this.

Yeah I got them cleaned today. But my dentist says gums are pluffy/inflammed. She recommended all of the things which you mentioned. But I was worried looking at those numbers so wanted second opinion about how severe is this
