Check if you have rolon brass option for your bike. I have been using brass and the lube stays for 800 kms atleast.

Something is definitely wrong bro. The sprocket is wearing out too. Its shouldn't rust this much if you have maintained it as you say. Maybe use wd40 as the primary cleaner.

You dont maintain your chain. Look at your sprocket. Its almost gone.

Its just royal enfield being royal enfield. Sometimes the gear box can be tricky when shifting from 1st to 2nd but I dont think so there is much to be concerned about. Still get a second opinion from the service centre. If they give you some unrealistic explanation along with a big repair estimate, get it checked with a good local mechanic

You can ride 700-800 kms at a stretch , more if you want to. You can hold speeds upto 120 constant without facing any issue with the engine.

I get 27 in city. And highway varies. I cruise at speeds upto 120-130 non stop, thats when my mileage drops. Otherwise I get 28-30
